長野駅から徒歩で12,3分の距離(長野駅と善光寺の中間くらい)で、個人的にはタクシーを利用するまでもなかったです。 室内は清潔で、洗面所のアメニティや飲み物など非常に充実していました。 特筆すべきは朝食。種類も多くとても美味しい。「わぁ、豪華だなぁ」といった声も他の宿泊者から聞かれました。景色もバツグン。 次回もリピートするつもりです。

Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.
