"This was our first stay in the hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel room, welcome from reception and staff and customer service when dining for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Special shout out to Stephen and Nixon who looked after us when dining in the restaurant. Although this was a base for travelling, we made use of the spa facilities which were also excellent. We will definitely be back again."

"The property is located in a quiet place. It's old and well maintained.Hotel internet is quite slow and the menu choices are also limited. However, what is available is well prepared."

"We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth. We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. If you are Ugandan you know what that means. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfy. The gardens are beautiful, and GREEN!...

"A surprisingly well equipped and well conceived property in the south-western region of Uganda. It's very quiet, very well-designed and my wife says it is of European quality - which is a compliment! We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was very spacious. The facilities including gym are way better than in most Ugandan properties. It is a little overpriced and the food is unremarkable BUT if I had to stay near Mbarara and I could get the rate down by 30% this would definitely be my preferred...

"Warning - I would like to issue if you wish to book this hotel, which is located at the top of a shopping mall with a nightclub floor below. This means loud music and drunken guests every night 365 days a year until 4am in the morning - making it impossible to fall asleep before the nightclub closes. The hotel has modern rooms. Angela in the hotel reception was professional and services minded. The breakfast could be better, but was ok. If you are a party animal this is the hotel for you. If...
