"We only stayed for 1 night. Property was fine condition. Recommendation: sweep the room for spiders and webs. They should check the rooms the day of someone’s staying and clear out spider webs. We walked through multiple spider webs. We also had spiders on towels. It was a nightmare for our 10 year old."

"This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! Note: If you book third party, it is best to contact the hotel staff in advance for arrival instructions. I learned that...

"I have thoroughly enjoyed staying there multiple times. Although they gave away a paid room once that I had paid for an advance of specifically requested that one room. They did compensate for the next stay I came. However, it is disappointing that I always had breakfast pretty much included during my stays and now they’re only giving 20% off of breakfast, but there was no advanced notice in the change of their policy. Otherwise, it was a great stay"

"Really great little motel. I couldn't get a room at my usual hotels due to the holiday weekend, but the Lodge was GREAT! So clean and well done, and the staff was so nice."

Heather and Alex They were remodeling and only inconvenience was getting new tv to get reconnected and easily done over phone… Hot water needed a little regulating but didn’t interfere with having a good shower just dialed to cold and it was warm and felt good pressure… Pool area clean and even had a barbeque you could use very clean."

"Very attentive staff. The attention to detail was impressive. Housekeeping was very thorough as well as quiet. Parking was kind of stressful. Was not expecting to struggle to find parking after dark."

"First, there was no wi-fi. Then, there were no in-room coffee makers. On Sunday there was no room cleaning and so no clean towels. Also, an hour into the 6 to 9 breakfast, almost everything was gone and no employees could be found to restock the breakfast items. The property has been refurbished recently, the rooms were nice and quiet. With just a couple of tweaks this could be a really nice hotel."
