Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. "booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost.
