"Great location, tidy and laid-back spot with plenty of supplies, suitable for a short stay. Pros: well-stocked kitchen and pantry with everything you need, lots of games & activities for kids, plenty of towels, extra beddings, guide to local area, kind, easy-going host, cute dogs. Cons: the space has definitely seen better days, is due a deep clean (dusty corners and decor, stained floor mats and carpets, etc), queen bed sagging in the middle. "

"I love renting this property. Its our 2nd time staying here and we will be back! Its close to the fairgrounds and Resturants. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. "

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "

"This was a great house. Lots of beds, great kitchen, nice dining area, cool backyard and hot tub, and such a short walk to the little town area and rafting. I kinda wish we had planned more time to utilize the pool table, hot tub and lounge space. Only negatives I would say are it needs a kettle for preparing tea, and is due for a deep cleaning (it was overall neat and clean, but had some dusty surfaces and window sills, some sticky shelves in the kitchen cabinets, etc)!But again, great stay and...

"Cozy little mountain cabin with a beautiful view of Lake Isabella. Comfortable. Note that the downstairs mini split is operated by a remote. I kept trying to use the wall controls and wondered why it didn’t turn on lol Nice patio for enjoying the view. "

"Nothing about this review is personal. I think it's only fair that people have the info before spending time & money. When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. Parking is in the host's driveway, behind their personal vehicles. We were reluctant to park there because we didn't want to block anyone in, but the host...

"Love it love it love it. Kids loved it and we did too. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT.
