"Accommodated great, they had a mix up in the beginning of check in; booked two queens but they didn’t have any but was able to accommodate a King. However, the next day they were able to accommodate and switch us to a double queen with no issues."

"The front desk staff was hard to find. On some occasions, they were asleep in the chair. We had a three nights day and every day we kept having to have room cards reset"

"Our stay was not to good. The elevator kept messing up for 2 days we had to keep taking the steps. The 4 nights that we stayed the cable was also messed up. We had 2 kids with us and nothing for them to watch. The carpet was dirty,was scared to take shoes off. Lastly there was a cloth chair in the room , it also was dirty and parts of it was failed and torn."

"Very clean. BUT pillows were flatter than grandmas 50 year old feather pillow. I requested new pillows and was told they didn’t have any. I know from working in this industry that Expedia guests will get the lesser quality rooms. AC also sounded like someone stuck a duck call in it."

"First words from the receptionist were “we have a problem with your room, unfortunately we have to give you a smoking room and we cannot change you to anywhere else.” Our group could not use a smoking room for health related reasons. We asked for a refund before we even saw the room or checked in so we could go somewhere else and were denied even a partial refund. We chose the pay at the hotel option and the hotel charged us anyway even though we never used the room."

"The hotel wasn’t all that bad. the rooms were pretty clean aside from the bed cover having a stain. Housekeeping never came to clean up the room, but that’s because they come every other day that you have booked your stay for. The rooms/hotel somewhat looked like the pictures online. There was no hot tub, and the pool was way smaller than pictured. The food at the little store they have, almost all of the food was expired. When wanting to use the patio outside, it was very dirt; towels...

"This was a little different. I checked in at one hotel and stayed at the hotel next to it. The attendant said they had just bought it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Checking out the gentleman helping us was super nice."

"Pretty nice hotel, if I had stayed in the room. I have documented with the refusal to cancel, even with paying the so-called ‘Travel Insurance’ I purchased for the stay. I just wanted to add the rest of the story, later learned the illness in the family was with professionals. I actually got in Thursday and checked in. Telling them I may not use the room. Alumni helped me arrange this part and felt obliged to stay with them. I didn’t use the ‘room’ til Saturday to use tha pool. The room...
