Can Cabei is a typical Ibizan house with solid white walls and wooden ceilings built in the 17th Century. Situated within 500m from the beach Playa d'en Bossa, and 5 minutes drive from the port of Ibiza or Airport. Close to amenities and regular boat trip to the port from the pier situated only 500m away. 1500m2 garden with swimming pool. Fully equipped with Sat TV, WiFi, Hi Fi, 2 ambient living rooms, large dinning room. Kitchen and laundry .

Très jolie villa bien placée. Place de parking devant la porte. Calme, jolie piscine bien entretenue. BBQ à disposition. 3 jolies chambres Cependant la villa nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement surtout la cuisine. La villa était propre à notre arrivée mais un effort peut être fait au niveau de la cuisine. Tout « colle » un peu. 1 seul linge de cuisine pour 1 semaine et 5 personnes, et pas de savon pour laver les mains à disposition Contact avec Pablo absolument parfait. Très disponible et réactif C’était un séjour très agréable nous recommandons cette villa sans souci

Die Villa ist super schön und der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Villa ist sehr zentral am Playa den Bossa gelegen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten und zur Partymeile und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war top.

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable for six people with plenty of space and with all the facilities needed. The pool and outside area was lovely and easy walking distance to beaches, clubs and restaurants in that area. Would definitely come again! Thank you.

Top!

Nette villa, superschoon, geweldig zwembad en ligbedden, centraal gelegen dichtbij strand, winkels en clubs (maar toch vrij rustig), airco vrij lastig in te stellen (slaat af na een uur) en zwembadverlichting gaat helaas na 10 minuten alweer uit. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

Beautiful & well located villa

I’ve stayed in this villa on two separate occasions as it is nice to be so centrally located but also have the calm provided by the villa. The outside area is particularly pleasant to either sit by the pool, or enjoy dinner / drinks under the terrace. Communication with the host was always easy and straightforwards. I hope to make it back to stay here again at some point!

Echt een super bungalow en zwembad.Helemaal compleet en schoon. Erg fijn. Het enige wat we gemist hebben, is een extra set handdoeken.De hele week met 1 handdoek voor na het douchen is wel weinig.

Perfect host, perfect place!

Loved everything about this place! It was clean, had everything we needed, the pool was gorgeous and so refreshing! Pablo is an exceptional host, easy to contact and very friendly. The house was close to the beach and restaurants and shops a short walk.We'll definitely be back

very nice house with wonderful outdoor area

the villa with its big covered terrasse and its quite big pool was very nice and peaceful. Kitchen is very well equipped, the weber grill was clean and very good. From the house it's a 5 min walk to the Platja d'En Bossa, to the best section of the beach a bit longer though. Convenience shops close to the house as well.

Nice located and well maintained!

The little finca is equipped with all you might need. The people take good care and act immediately in case of any need. Very kind and gentle persons. Super close to a supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Yes, so close to the big hotels you can hear the party but it’s not a big thing. 15 min to the airport makes commuting easy. Would we come back ? Yes! We liked it!

Fabulous villa close to Ibiza Town. A perfect oasis.

Lovely week spent in this villa which is close to amenities yet tucked away. Couldn’t fault the villa or the owner, who was very helpful when needed. We had a fabulous time and would stay there again.

Great Villa…..Perfect Location

We have been coming to Ibiza for over 20 years and this time around we stayed at this lovely villa with our best friends 😊 We thought the location was perfect, close enough to walk into Playa d’en Bossa but far enough out that the noise etc does not impact your stay. The pool is wonderful and not too cold, the villa itself was perfect for us and what we needed. Great communication and assistance also before and during our stay. Amazing memories made and would definitely stay here again 👍 Thank you

Fantastically equipped villa in a great location with a superb host

Our stay at Pablo's villa in Ibiza was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition and cleanliness of the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing all the comforts and amenities one could need. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was a great size, perfect for lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Ibiza weather. Pablo, our host, was excellent. He was attentive, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the villa is ideal. It's just a few minutes walk to the sea, which made our beach outings incredibly convenient. Additionally, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the island. I would highly recommend Pablo's villa to anyone planning a visit to Ibiza. It is perfect for groups of 5-6 people, offering ample space and a wonderful atmosphere.

Accommodation was great for our stay. Has everything you need and in walking distance from restaurants and the old town. Although close to some nightclubs the villa is quiet Parking is possible outside the villa free of charge

Perfect villa for our family

The house was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was there. Pablo’s mother gave us a quick tour. There was even some fresh fruit, water and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The beds were fine and tidy, there is a smart TV with streaming services, excellent free Wi-Fi, a big and comfortable coach and of course the swimming pool. Booth the villa and the garden were very clean and felt safe with good fencing including a camera. Parking was possible directly at the house and was free of charge. The location is close to everything, both Ibiza town and the airport are just a few minute drive away. Shops, suoermarket, beach and restaurants are all in walking distance. Owner Pablo inquired iduring our stay whether everything was in order, which it was. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

Summer Holiday

Great villa, beautiful pool area, well equipped, friendly owners, quiet, walking distance to beach, restaurants, nightlife & Ibiza Town boat, plenty of parking. Quick access to the main roads so everywhere on the island is less than 45 minutes drive away.
