    The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
    This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
    The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….
    Breathtaking location, exclusive and unique: one of the only few houses in first sea line in Ibiza Town -which you can count on the fingers of one hand-. All with the convenience and comfort of being in the centre: unique shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, entertainment área, nightlife… and the top marinas and yacht clubs in Ibiza: IGY Ibiza Marina, Marina Ibiza, Ibiza Magna and Marina Botafoc...

Roof terrace has two levels connected with an open staircase, both with dining area.

    The house is just the place for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort, convenience, serenity and charm.

    Nestled on a cliff over the sea, the house offers privacy and quiet surroundings. Leave the crowds, traffic and noise behind. This house is fabulous and could easily be your ideal vacation home with all the amenities.

    Renovated and refurbished house. Interior design with modern minimalist flair. The design, its whiteness, simplicity, the functionality of each element has been carefully considered and displays modern style mix with traditional Ibizan architecture elements.

    The access to the house is by a cobbled way (about 30 meters) by the cliff where the house is located.

Great house on the point of the port of Ibiza. House had everything we needed and it was great it had 3 bathrooms. Top balcony is amazing place to spend time. Would stay again.

Truly an ideal venue for exploring Ibiza. We are a family of 4 with adult children. The walkable access to restaurants and bars was ideal for our family. The house layout was such that we all had our own space and could easily come and go from the property. Spotlessly clean and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

This house is unbelievably gorgeous. Nana was an incredible host and we had such a lovely time. The views are unbeatable and the house was comfy, cozy, and clean. The rooms had blackout shades, the roof was an amazing place to chill and we loved every moment. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Ibiza.

Nice apartment for a girls trip! It has multiple levels for us to hang out in and a large bathroom on the bottom floor for us to get ready for our activities. I would highly recommend this space for a girls' trip or group vacation!

Fabulous stay

We had a great stay at the villa. Location was perfect and very easy to walk into the old town. The villa is over 4 levels so lots of areas to escape to. Would definitely stay here again.

Sensational location and view

We were 3 couples who stayed. Perfect location and drinks on the top terrace was an ideal way to start our evening. The house is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was fabulous. It had everything we needed for our Ibiza stay. The highlight was the roof terrace. Nana and Jo were great hosts. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location with amazing views!

The house is great as it is large and offers multiple different areas to spend time through the day. It is walking distance to many great shops and places to eat and drink. But the views of the water and port are one of its best highlights!

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay here! The views were truly amazing, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a prime location in Ibiza's old town. We received great communication and excellent service throughout our stay. We will definitely return in the future!

Girls trip to Ibiza

We had a wonderful stay at Nana & Jo’s! The house is exceptionally beautiful—even better than the pictures. There is everything you might need from beach towels to kitchen supplies. Nana was very responsive and was quick to address any issues we had.
