"Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return."

"Overall, we’re not very fussy and we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the place was clean. The in-room products were decent quality however we were a little disappointed with a couple easily improvable details. They only provided one coffee pod per day per adult which felt a bit lean. Despite having four guests in the room (us and our two children), they only provided 2 pool towels. "Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"Lovely, helpful and thoughtful staff. Great room with a kitchenette. Not a new hotel, but the room was clean, we had a bathtub, the bed was comfortable and we were less than 100m from the Princess Theatre. Fantastic location!"
