"Beautiful Hotel!"

"We liked our stay at this hotel, and like the Japanese restaurant, but here are things that could be better: initially we stayed in a room that was too noisy (facing freeway). Second, we would have liked to have more hand and face towels; there was only one for both my wife and I. The location of the hotel is not that good, in that there is no way to walk to any place, like outside restaurants and shops, so we had to always take taxis. The breakfast buffet was mediocre."

The building was originally built in 1908, and they’ve done an incredible job maintaining that historic character while keeping everything comfortable. Even though you’re right downtown and close to everything, the property feels like a private oasis. Once you step inside, you completely forget you’re in the middle of a busy city. "The hotel was exactly like the pictures! The staff was friendly all around from the check in lobby to the bartenders at the bar. The breakfast had amble choices and we got there with only 20 minutes left of the breakfast buffet. "

"I stayed there for the second time after a two day trip elsewhere. My first room was good but the second one was even better. Beautiful, well furnished and spotlessly clean. I had dinner in the restaurant and although a little pricey the food was tasty and had an originality about it. The free breakfast was very good and set me up for the day.
