"The hotel is adequately staffed and staff were very helpful; friendly. There is electricity 24/7! The security is very good. There are needs for microwave oven, and also pressing iron, even in the regular rooms! My room was on the side where the swimming pool is located and it was always noisy. Nothing to do about it; but new guests could ask not to be located on that side. The elevator did not work most of the time. ***On the whole, I will still lodge there any day!"

"Hotel had no 24hrs electricity, Esspecially in the afternoon when its really hot and humid, no wifi, no breakfast choice, bread and egg is all they offer, hotel location is pretty far and not so easily accessible. Overall, it wasn't worth the price. Good customer service though, asides that i wouldnt recommend to anyone living outside the country and looking to have a restful holiday. "

"Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. "

"The Hotel is busy. The location is near to most places and is safe and secured. Check in was good but the room did not have fresh linen as it was not replaced.
