Steps to the Ocean! Perfect Location!!!

You come to the Cape for the beach … so why not stay just steps away? This charming two bedroom one bath cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac is just steps from Keyes Memorial Beach. It sleeps up to 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The perfect location for enjoying the beach, shopping, dining, or simply getting some rest and relaxation.

Upon entry, the first thing you'll notice is the cathedral ceiling which opens up the bright airy living space where we have carried the feel if the Cape into and throughout the cottage. The Jack & Jill bathroom can be accessed from either bedroom and towels and linens are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen makes home meal preparation practical, efficient, and affordable. Whether grabbing a quick bowl of cereal for breakfast at the kitchen table, or enjoying steaks grilled to perfection on your own private patio, this cottage will be your vacation home away from home. For those who prefer fine dining, the restaurants and activities of historic downtown Hyannis are just a mile away.

Centrally situated on Cape Cod it is ideal for day trips anywhere on the Cape all the way up to Provincetown. The Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket are also close by.

This vacation home has many extras from an in-ground heated pool (seasonal), to WiFi to help you stay connected, and a dedicated parking space.

The house was just the right size for our small family. A short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. Close enough to main Street that it was easy to go out for dinners. Stephen was easy to work with and communicated great! Overall a great stay!

The cottage was exactly as described, if not a bit more charming! It was perfect for our family of 4. Check-in and parking could not have been easier and communication with our host was smooth and clear. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable and wasn't lacking in supplies. The beach chairs were appreciated. Great water pressure and counter space in the bathroom. Super short walk to what almost felt like a private beach. We used the pool several times and were always the only people there in addition to the lifeguard. Could have walked to Main St., but it would have been a decent walk and the drive was 2 minutes and parking was always easy to find. The variety of restaurants can't be beat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great week on the Cape!

This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!

This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!

Breakwater beach house

We loved the location, especially right by the beach. The house eas a bit small for 3 adults and a toddler, but we made it work. The owner responded immediately when we needed towels and recmmendations. Its great for a couple and 2 children.

Cape Cod adventure

My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.

Cape Central Cottage

Cottage was tidy, clean, and well-appointed. Was on the small side, but efficient in space provided. Cottage served as hub to explore other parts of the Cape, from P-town to Sandwich.

Location, location, location!

Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants. Steve, our host, was very attentive and checkin in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again to this property.

This cute cottage was perfect for our stay - a water view from inside and from a patio - with the beach just down a short path. Steve was helpful and available for inquiries, clearly interested in making sure our stay was a good one. It was!

Wonderful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay there and can definitely see staying there again. Very convenient to really everything you might want to do. Restaurants nearby as well as the beaches, beautiful places, and boardwalks over the marshes. Also, very clean and comfortable.

The Bedt!!

The owner is wonderful, the cottage cozy and clean, and the location spot on! Everything is as described and it has anything you could and would need. Close to beach and downtown Hyannis! I’m already trying to figure out how to do it again!!!

Cape Cod Christmas break

Loved the rental. Perfect setting, loved being able to walk 2 minutes and be on the beach! So much nicer than a hotel room, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Steve was a very kind and helpful host!

Short Beach Getaway

A quick getaway to the Cape... No traffic (off season).... Beautiful little beach just steps out the door .. quaint cottage with everything you need... Great drives to see the towns and find lighthouses... Perfect!

Quiet and cozy

This beautiful property has an amazing view of the water. The beach is two minutes away on foot and there were multiple places to eat, even out of season. The house was neat and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect cottage!

The cottage was immaculate. The King bed was very comfortable. The perfect place for a couple to spend a vacation. Steve was very attentive and checked in with us via email and text to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely rent the cottage again. Location was perfect. Anyone looking to rent this cottage will be a happy vacationer!

Very clean, cozy cottage!

This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and two adult daughters. It is exactly as advertised and the owner is very communicative and helpful recommending local restaurants, etc. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to the Cape. The beach is very close and we could see the water from the cottage. Great location!
