We loved the location of this property. It is an easy walk to Main St Hyannis with tons of restaurants to enjoy. The other direction is a quick walk to a quiet, peaceful beach. We also enjoyed the beach pass & exploring other area beaches. The home was clean and had everything we needed to relax and to enjoy the beach. The outdoor space was great and the house had plenty of space for our family of five.

Family Road Trip

Overall, our stay was great. The location was not as expected but we had no issues. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen could use some organizing and updating on cooking items to truly be able to cook while renting the house.

Sea Street Home

This is a delightful home perfectly located a short distance from Main Street and the harbor. Light and airy home fully equipped with everything that we needed for a long weekend stay. It was also spotless for our arrival. The owners have gone the extra mile here to make this a way above average property. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. Very highly recommended and look forward to opportunity to stay here again. Five stars across the board.

Perfect location!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfectly located allowing us a lovely walk to the beach and the town. We enjoyed alfresco dinners on the lovely patio area in the wonderfully private yard. We all loved the outdoor shower. The owners were very nice to communicate with.

A dream House

We are Italian and for us coming on holiday to America was a dream, when we arrived at the house in Hyannis we couldn't believe how beautiful it was! Very well maintained, complete with everything, in perfect New England style. The owners were very kind and very helpful. If we are lucky enough to return to Cape Cod we would definitely like to return to this little paradise!

Great Getaway

The home had everything we needed but first and foremost - it was immaculate! For my sister and myself, that was one of the best points. Another great point was the mix of queen and twin beds. It may sound silly but several of us "old folks " have shoulder issues and having the option of our own bed was appreciated. It was also a great location - central to everything we did (beach, restaurants, train, shops, etc.) but yet the yard was private, large and beautiful. What a great place for a family with kids to stay. We talked about coming back and would love to stay at your home again.

Sister Getaway

Was originally supposed to be my sister and brother having a getaway but it didn’t turn out that way so it was still a very nice time with my sister and niece. Ocean is less than a mile away walking one way and downtown Hyannis. Nice big back yard with nice lawn furniture. We had everything we needed for the four days. Highly recommend. Comfy beds. Great outdoor shower.

Cape Cod Vacation

The house was just what we wanted. Close to the ferry terminal, water front, close to main street shopping and great places to eat. And best of all it was back from the street in a quiet location with no noise! Perfect place to relax after visiting the islands!

Hyannis Vacation

Three of my college classmates and I spent 4 days at a VRBO rental house in Hyannis. The house was delightful and filled with all of the amenities we needed. I communicated several times with the owners before and during our visit and both were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Girls Weekend

This was a lovely spot, secluded yet close to everything we needed; restaurants and beaches. It had a big yard with lovely outside furniture and umbrella. It was the perfect place for us to catch up! Exactly what we wanted!

The house and property were both exact what we were looking for. A short walk to Main Street for food and shopping and a short drive to the many beaches Hyannis has to offer. It had more than enough space for our family of 4 and the patio and outdoor shower were a nice addition as well!

Perfect family friendly getaway

We had such a wonderful week staying here! The property is in such a great location - close to downtown Hyannis shops, walkable to the beach and tucked away from the road with a back yard that is awesome for a family with kids! The house is spacious and cozy, and has everything you need, even a wagon to stroll to the beach with!

If we had a beach house, this would be it.

The house is very private and quiet. Furniture is comfy, cozy, and lived in. The kitchen was well stocked (we like to cook on vacation, so this was important.) Close to the beaches and came with a pass. Wahoo. Lisa and Lou were available to answer questions very quickly. We had been at a different house for 18 years. That house was sold. We hope this becomes our new Cape Escape for many years to come! Thank you.
