"A charming house, very comfortable and relaxing. Adequately outfitted without being cluttered- a very calming and welcoming environment. And incredibly bright and clean.Our beds were comfy, the kitchen had what we needed, and the kids had a great time playing foosball in the basement and monopoly in the living room. The location was great- a block off the main drag, lots of shops, food, and parks within walking distance. We had a wonderful weekend stay in the Craftsman Cottage :) "

"My family had a great time at this cabin and would for sure come back! We had 4 kids with the age ranges from 7 to 2 and the cabin was SO kid friendly. They thought of everything, there was a highchair, pack n' play, extra mattresses under the beds for more sleeping room. The water off the beach was clean and very minimal weeds. They had paddle boards, kayaks etc. that entertained my kids for hours. There was a family of geese who liked to wander so we did have to clean up some goose poop, but...

"We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there...

"It was an ideal - and beautiful - place for two generations of women in our family to gather. Our group included several who came in from out-of-state for this joyous reunion. It was a perfect home and location with great views of the lake. "

"Just as listed with a ton of extras. Jill and Jim were excellent hosts answering all our questions and responsive to our needs. Both boats were great, the house was clean and comfortable, and lots of room to spread out and relax. We took one day to hit the Mall of America 1 1/2 hour drive each way, but other than that, spent the rest of the week at the house and boating. Caught a handful of bass but nothing crazy. Still fun to try! We had all ages in our group and everyone kept busy and...

"Owner dropped and picked up and was very communicative and responsive. Camper was not the most clean and there was dog hair, but probably what you’d expect in a camper. "

"Had a wonderful stay. The bedrooms were very cozy. Loved the downstairs area where kids could have fun hanging out with each other. We rented a pontoon from Tonystoonrentals to explore the lake. Would recommend for large families."

"This home was easy find, lots of parking, great accessibility to unload stuff. It was clean and neat with lots of space. Communication with the host was great and the beds were very comfortable. Even had great water pressure in the shower! Seemed to have everything on hand we had forgotten and was easy to get in and out. Highly recommend! "

"Stayed here with family for a couple chill days on the lake. We loved the space to spread out, the hot tub, and all the toys on a rainy day. House was clean, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but a bit sparce. If you keep your cooking simple (or get takeout from the great pizza spot) you'll be good to go! Communication with the hosts was great as well."

Hosts are amazing, and the delicious cinnamon rolls we received upon arrival shows how much they want your stay to be as comfortable and welcoming as if you were in your own home. We will be using this house again the next time we are back in MN!"
