"We had a good stay overall. The listing was accurate, though I don’t recall it mentioning the property being two stories. But I guess I should have assumed it was two stories from the outside pictures. So that might be on me. Not a big issue, but worth noting that the stairs are quite steep. We didn’t use the kitchen, TV, or WiFi, so can’t comment on those.The screened-in porch was a must—the bugs outside were intense, so we really appreciated being able to relax there. "The house was great, clean, comfy and had everything we needed. 2 things that could improve…let folks know the washer and dryer are in the basement. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some. We also couldn’t find the instructions for the Nest so regulating the thermostat was a bit challenging. Google helped us figure it out so all good!We would definitely stay here again. "

"Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. "

"The house was in a great location. I will say the split systems required to cool the bedrooms were very noisy. The other thing that I didn't realize is that the house is just open to the basement - there's no door. That may not bother some, but it was a little odd for me, coming from an area that doesn't even have basements. "
