"We were able to check in prior to check in time. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big. A daily bottle of water free of charge was provided. Breakfast staff and food were excellent. As the hotel is centrally located in the Taksim area, it is very walkable. Close to everything."

It is a trans brothel running all evening to early morning. You can clearly see the regular show of prostitutes and men walking in and out. The brothel workers pick up men from Istikal avenue then walk down opposite the hotel to do their business. There is a constant flow of activity up and down the...

"I stayed in a family sized apartment for 5 people and I was very impressed. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Main Street, a stone throw away from Taksim Square and where the main shops are located. The staff was wonderful and helped with suggestions and recommendations. They organised the taxis from the airport for us and that was a relief as we could trust them. Despite the fact we were in a serviced apartment, the rooms were cleaned daily and water, tea and coffee...

"An absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything. We were two girls travelling after a work trip elsewhere and this hotel provided the luxury and comfort we were looking for. We were upgraded to a VIP transfer to/from the airport and greeted every morning by amazing staff. The breakfast was great, in walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do and came back to extremely clean rooms every evening. My only slight issue was that the breakfast options would be a bit limited...

"Had great interactions with the staff here. Friendly, helpful, and always opened the door for us. Room was comfortable and spacious. Was awesome to have a washing machine and kitchenette (hot plate and fridge). Room was quiet with windows closed despite noise in alley. AC worked well but was noisy. Was fixed quickly by staff when it malfunctioned one evening. Great location."

"The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :( I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good "

"Bei Ankunft an der Rezeption ganz übler gestank nach Urin. Sehr heruntergekommen muffig und dreckig. Personal chaotisch ( hat andere Personen über meinen Namen eingecheckt. Uns dann irgendwo untergebracht ohne warmwasser, kein Toilettenpapier, Handtücher schon gebraucht. Wände Verschimmelt und blättern auf uns herab, Toilette verdreckt . Die Fenster undicht ,kalt und modriger Gestank im Zimmer und im ganzen Gebäude. Metallfedern dücken sich durch die Matratzen . Bettwäsche stinkt nach...
