"I really enjoyed the aesthetic of this hotel. The lobby and accompanying coffee area and restaurant very cozy and has a diverse menu. The overall location of the hotel was also convenient to the downtown Reykjavík shops, museums, and restaurants."

"I stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Easy check-in, all the amenities I needed. Grocery right across the street. I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. No noise issues and felt very safe. "

"The hotel was lovely and central to the city. Most areas were in walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. My only gripe was that the kitchenette was damaged with the fridge tilting backwards and was a little awkward to open without it tilting forward. Clearly the cabinet base needed repairing room 104. Please fix it. You would have 5 stars if it wasn't broken on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and if you required extra room supplies (towels, loo roll or...

"Excellent modern hotel that was very clean. I had a 5th floor room which was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helped me book bus transport to the airport. The restaurant and bakery were very good. It was very convenient....just a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping district, and it was right across the street from Bus Stop 4, a pick up spot for the airport and tour buses. I would definitely stay here again."

"When we first got to the property, we weren’t too sure It’s very old, but it was clean. It appears to be in the old area of Iceland, where there’s a few hostiles. But at the end, we stayed in apartment, 102 which had a kitchenette, which was great because the price of food in Iceland is crazy expensive. It’s a self serve stay. Which we didn’t mind. It was walkable everywhere we needed to go. Love Iceland."

"We stayed 3 nights as a family of four with two young kids and loved it. Spacious, clean apartment with a handy kitchenette and shared laundry. Free parking was a huge plus — no downtown parking hassle — and it’s just a 10‑minute drive to the city. Grocery store right across the street made meals easy. Perfect base for exploring Reykjavík and beyond!"

"Hotel in hoofdstraat, bij winkels en restaurants en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ontbijt is geweldig en bij vroeg vertrek krijg je een ontbijtpakket mee. Kamer(familiekamer) ruim met balkon en ruime badkamer met douche. Uitzicht op binnenplaats en deel stad. Kamertemperatuur goed te regelen. Prima bedden. Inpandig restaurant (niet van hotel zelf) en Starbucks. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand van busstop 9 en 12 voor tours. "

"We really liked the breakfast. It was one of the best of our entire trip. Free laundry Decent rooms. Some damage. Enjoyed our stay It does seem like it’s a one man show as the one man checked us. Cooked. Served and did check out the next morning "
