"I spent 3 nights here at the Ranch house inn and the staff/owners were responsive to requests. The pictures are accurate and I believe it reflects a relatively recent remodelling. Internet was fast and there was a common area with Keurig type coffee/amenities. There is ample parking in the back. "Not so clean 😕"

"We had a nicely appointed room with a balcony and a view of the Maitland River. The staff at the Inn and dining room were helpful and knowledgeable. Also the food we had at dinner was excellent!"

"Centrally located. Skimpy breakfast. Only choices for lunch were paninis and a hamburger. After first night, housekeeping did not make up the room. No fresh towels and dirty coffee cups and glasses left. After I complained, towels, cups etc., fixed, but the bedcover was only tidied The bed underneath wasn’t made. More complaining. The second night, everything done properly."

"No microwave or tea/coffee maker in the room. Had to walk outside to the next building to get that done. Rooms and grounds were very clean. no hot tub, pool was wonderful."

"Kitchen was well eqipped. Staff member friendly and helpful. Pool perfect temperature. Great view. Breakfast would have been nice if fresh melons, berries etc. were served. Plain yogurts were needed too as everything was sweetened. I was thankful there were hard boiled eggs for protein. "

"This was our first no reception check in. One of the reason we picked this motel was because of the year around hot tub. We were disappointed to read the in room motel rules saying it could not be used when there is no attendant at the desk. No attendant/no hot tub."

Staff at front desk were great she changed my room for me from front to back of the buikding so it was quieter less traffic noise from a busy road nearby. "what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."

"My partner, dog and I loved our stay! Beautiful spot, lovely drive from London, and incredible home. We even chatted about how nice it would be to live here, that’s how comfortable it is. This place was an incredible stay, cozy bed, loads of amenities, and the perfect way to get away from the city. We loved that Logan accommodated our pup vimy, at a very low fee. "Room was clean. Building looked freshly painted. However there were cigarette buds still in ashtray outside of room and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and food eventhough its a smoke free motel. Reception smelled awful. Owner / manager was very rude. Personal shoes everywhere. I made the mistake of leaving a Google review before check out.
