"The property was perfect for me and two kiddos! I routinely need extra service and Freddy was exceptional with his quick communications even answering my only call on a holiday. He was able to accommodate two reservation change requests (being more than fair!) and the property seemed to include the few extras that our group wanted. The other occupants were all very nice / helpful and he had a snowplow clear the parking area before 9 a.m. after a 20” blizzard - before many others!"
