"Very nice home. The pictures do not do it justice."

"The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a great experience, Matt and Rachael!"

"We had a fantastic time at this house. We were in town for a family celebration. The house had all of the amenities anyone could ever need. The house is surprisingly large with many options for entertainment. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with neighbors that were very friendly. Close to all places for shopping, eating, or visiting. And communication with management is top notch. "

"Cozy and quiet space for my son to recover from a surgery he had at Sanford. Clean and modern atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and will book again for future Sioux Falls stays. "

"The property was well described. Very luxurious and relaxing. Sauna is excellent. Sun room has beautiful view of yard and neighboring gardens, very nature oriented with bunnies, squirrels and birds. Large screen TV was great. Popcorn was a thoughtful touch. Bed is wonderfully comfortable with equally wonderful pillows."

"Property is clean and has a home feel! Only drawback was the sliding door was almost impossible to open and close. Will absolutely book this property again when we come to visit!"

"Teens & adults said it was one of our best Annual Family Vacations. This is the 7th year that we've gotten together. There was so much to do: Turner County Fair, kayaking, meteor watching, The Falls, in addition to our usual game nights, craft contest, and just plain relaxing and reconnecting."

"The place was clean and comfortable. Easy to contact the owner when one of the smoke alarms battery was going out. The owner came over the next day to replace it. Great hospitality and wonderful location."

"This house and property were absolutely perfect! House is beautiful and even better in person than the listing. The pool was clean and well kept. The temperature of the water was great. There were 11 of us staying in the home and it never felt crowded! 20/10 would stay here again!! "
