"Nice little house. We had just a small walk to be able to view the fireworks. Also enjoyed the beach, pickle ball and disc golf that were on the other side of the lake ( just a few minute drive)."

"This place had just about anything you could’ve needed and wanted for a good time! It was very comfortable for 8 people and they were kind enough to have an additional air mattress set up upon arrival. We really liked how much of the little things were provided, like pong balls or bar shaker set. I would recommend this to others!"

"Location is excellent! Lake, beach & local restaurants were a short distance. Very clean & homey ! We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. "This is our 4th time staying at this cottage and our 7th year staying at Indian Lake. We love this cottage because we are able to bring our goldendoodle with us. Large enough for our family of 5 plus the pup. We rent a pontoon from Spend a day Marina, fish, boat, tube and kayak on the lake. Love evenings at the dock with a fire and the cotton candy sunset views from the dock. Thank you to the Ferbus family for hosting us year after year. "

"Wonderful stay, clean, great sleeping options for a group. Good amount of parking for a group! Nice seawall with cleats to tie boats up. Great outdoor patio space. Beautiful view from patio. House has plenty of windows to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again!"

"Clean and tidy. GREAT STAY! We wish we could have stayed longer. Having the boat dock so extremely convenient to zip around the lake.It was relaxing. Spent the days on the lake and played games at the dinner table in the evening. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!Kent the owner was great and quickly repsonded to our inquiries!Make sure to walk or boat over to Cranberry Resort for lunch/dinner."
