Respect quiet hours — keep noise at a level that doesn't carry to neighboring properties

Keep the fire pit area clean and never leave fires unattended
Be mindful on the dock — the channel is 4 ft deep (no diving into channel). Please dock your boat on the seawall in front of the property with the cleats. Do not dock on the lift. If the lift is lowered too far, cables will be twisted and damaged, resulting in a $300 fine,
