"We stay at the Shorebreak Kimpton at least twice a year. Mother’s Day & Father’s Day and occasionally on other Staycations. Pros: Location is the best. It’s downtown, walking distance to Main Street, Boardwalk & the Pier. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean. Room provides lux bath robes, yoga matts and small cooler. The hotel also provides free bikes & surfboards. Lots of fun activities in the courtyard & free beer & wine every day from 5:00-6:00. Cons: no pool, no in room...

"Brand new rooms, water pressure was great! AC was crisp, tv had hdmi input and were able to switch with button under tv. What made it perfect was the hospitality and atmosphere the host provided! Cozy, clean, safe."

"The staff was very nice and the inn is small and intimate. You are definitely paying for the location. Some things are a little outdated and the shower head kinda sucked but honestly, I would return again for the location and outside amenities alone. I love the area."

"The grounds and the pool area were very nice and clean. The breakfast that is available was just ok. But there are restaurants close by that are available. The room was clean but the bed is too soft and not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the vanity area had a nice size refrigerator and microwave available for use. Unfortunately the toilet in the shower area seemed to be lower than the standard toilet. Which was a little odd. The staff were very friendly and professional."

"Pet-friendly. Cats, dogs. Non-carpeted rooms are a plus for a pet-friendly space. Just hope that rooms are cleaned thoroughly to accommodate people and pets who are meticulous about cleanliness and hygiene."
