"Scam - it’s cheap for a reason. They claim to be a smoke free property and guests will be charged $200-$250 if you smoke in your room. They have an “inspector” review the room after you check out. Basically someone they pay to tell liars and charge guest even more money. They charged us $200 after we left and claimed we smoked in our room, which is false. I called 3 times to talk to a manager and they are refusing to call me back. Crap motel "

"Great location so close to the beach and All of the local eateries!! Clean rooms with a balcony. Nice retro type vibes at the Boutique Hotel. Record players and old time sounds are some of the artifacts! A dog lovers paradise! The 4 legged pets are treated just as well as the human guests!! lol! Although I’m not a dog “lover” I did admire the care and concern of the staff and guests that had their pets ."

"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room had insects crawling on the wall corner, which looked like ants or termites. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially when you expect a clean and comfortable environment. The presence of bugs made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable, and it ruined our stay. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet that expectation. I hope the management will take this seriously and improve their housekeeping. I...

"This property advertised hot breakfast, alcohol and wine and a pool. The breakfast was not available. They have no cook and haven’t had one for a while. They offered muffins and cereal. No alcohol because the new owners haven’t purchased a liquor license. The pool was dirty and never cleaned while we were there. The shower ceiling had mildew. Beds were hard as a rock. I would never stay here again and the room was not cheap. Definitely false advertising on their website "

"The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to restaurant servers. I had a lovely, spacious room that was well maintained and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location near shopping and the airport. Wish they offered a shuttle! That would be my only suggestion."
