The Space:

Main Level

Step inside to a stunning open family room featuring soaring ceilings, a two-story decorative stone fireplace, and cozy seating that overlooks the private deck and backyard. There is a dining space for up to 6 in this room as well. Off of the family room is a large office with a spiral staircase leading to a charming observatory, a hidden gem with panoramic views and a cozy nook ideal for reading or unwinding. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with a large island, double ovens, bar area with wine and beer fridges, and plenty of counter space for preparing and sharing meals. A dining area for six sits adjacent to the kitchen, and there are two convenient half baths on this level.



The main-floor master suite offers a true retreat, complete with a king bed, spa-inspired bathroom, walk-in steam shower, and soaking tub. Sliding doors open directly to the deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by peaceful wooded views.



Upstairs Bedrooms

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms—three with king beds, one with a queen, and one with a full—all beautifully furnished for restful nights.

Bedroom 2: Accessible via a spiral staircase from the hearth room or from the main entry hall, featuring a king bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3: Includes a king bed, TV, deck access, and connects to Bedroom 4, which features a full bed (please note Bedroom 4 is only accessed through Bedroom 3).

Bedroom 5: Offers a queen bed, private deck, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



Cozy Gathering Spaces

The hearth room/family room provides an intimate seating area with another decorative fireplace with a TV above — perfect for morning coffee or quiet conversation. A spiral staircase here leads to bedroom 2.



Entertainment & Relaxation

On the lower level you'll find the indoor heated pool, complete with depths of up to 10 feet — perfect for year-round enjoyment. Nearby, you’ll find a sauna, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a home movie theater with seating for nine.

The walk-out basement includes a bar room with seating around a brick fireplace, creating a cozy space for entertaining. You’ll also find a dedicated workout area, and access to a large patio that opens onto the private backyard.

Up above, the spacious deck offers additional seating and wooded views — ideal for relaxing or simply enjoying the peace of nature.

Please note that the basement steam shower is temporarily unavailable as we work on repairs. We’re doing our best to resolve this promptly and appreciate your understanding during your stay.



Guest Access:

Although the indoor pool is enclosed by doors, please note there is no pool fencing around the actual pool itself.

The pool stays at a fixed, comfortable temperature 🏊‍♀️✨

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉



This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).



Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



🏊‍♂️ Pool Rules:

🚪 Keep all pool room doors tightly shut (prevents condensation).

If you see condensation for over 1 hr → call property manager (number shared at check-in).

On hot days, keep 1st floor at min. 75°F.

🚫 Don’t leave the sliding door open — debris may blow in.



💧 Pool Temperature

- Water temperature at 75°F and Pool room temperature at 78°F

The pool is set to a fixed temperature and automatically maintained — it cannot be adjusted. No need to change any settings, as it will stay at the set temperature throughout your stay.



Note: Guests may choose to heat the pool to 80°F for $50 per day. Please request in advance if you’d like this option added to your stay.



Please avoid touching the controls to keep everything running smoothly. Enjoy your swim! 🏊‍♀️✨



👶 Supervision:

🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard.

🧑‍🏫 Anyone under 18 who can’t swim must be watched closely.



🚨 Water Alert:

If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, message us right away so we can resolve it quickly



✨ Tips for Enjoying the Pool:

🌊 Deepest end = 9 ft. Safety vests & devices are on the wall.

🎶 Use the WiFi speaker (connect your phone on the same network).



🧹 Pool Cleaning:

Every Tuesday a technician will clean/maintain the pool. They’ll access the pool area from the lower level with their own key.



🚿 Steam Showers & Sauna

There are 2 steam showers → one in the master bathroom + one on the lower level by the theater.

The sauna is right across from the lower-level steam room.

Controls are simple (on/off + timer).



🪵Smoker

The smoker is a WiFi-enabled smoker.

Other than WiFi, it works like a regular smoker.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $60, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.





NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
