* Staff were friendly and helpful
* Rooms and public spaces immaculately decorated in a trendy and classy aesthetic
* The bed, duvet and pillows were very comfortable and cosy
* Unfortunately no tea/coffee facilities in the room
* Bathroom had 2 lighting options which meant low or high lighting could be used
* Shower pressure and temperature could have been better
* Parlour Cafe was bright and fresh
* However the milk was off so unable to have cereal or add cold milk to drinks
