"The staff have been very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs. What needs updating: the outlets on the night stands for phone charging, plugging things in, etc. They are too loose. Also, the carpet throughout the entire hotel. It is clearly old and outdated. "The staff was very nice and actually upgraded me to a suite because they did the same for my friend before I arrived. They then let me stay in my same room even though I extended my stay by one night. A lovely experience from start to finish. "

"The property is my #1 choice when I have business in DC however the unit I was staying in this time was missing a remote in the room which I had to contact Ms Bushra who definitely was of help even though it was her day off!!! She is a very nice and responsive person that always check to make sure everything is fine. There was also an issue with the sofa that I reported to her as well "

"Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "
