"Unique property. Was not very crowded when i came and stayed in the Yurt. Excellent communication with staff. Very helpful staff, at that. Quiet and peaceful during my time there."

"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "Our trip was very relaxing. The views were beautiful. It rained a lot but there were plenty of games and puzzles. The younger generation were amazed by the old phones. This is a beautiful little town and home. "

"We were scheduled to stay there starting July 7th but due to the tragic flooding on July 4th, we were unable to visit the property. Becky was very kind and understanding and allowed a refund for our stay. We're going to give it a little time and try to rebook what looks like a fantastic property to visit."

"Just as described. Clean, easy check-in, and all the amenities you need. In a centralized location too. Property Manager was super responsive and helpful! "

"I loved the location. It was quiet and relaxing. The only thing that i didn't like was that there was only one TV and the wifi was the greatest. The kids and i loved our stay. "

"Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!"

"The host was super attentive and answered all of my questions. The entire cabin was clean and tidy. The kitchen was great and allowed me to cook full meals. The view of the lake was a lovely especially while sitting in rocking chairs. I would definitely stay here again. "

"we loved our stay. it’s very quiet but you can be in Kerrville in like 15 minutes or Bandera in maybe 20-25. we hit HEB and James Avery and stayed put the rest of the time. it’s exactly as peaceful as we were looking for. "

"Got this place for a 3 day get away. The owners were lovely and very accommodating! They even loaned us something’s we didn’t think we’d need. The house was well stocked with all sorts of supplies in the kitchen and the bathroom. For its smaller size it sleeps a lot of people. Perfect for family or friends, as long as you don’t mind all sleeping in a bunk room situation. We loved the close proximity to Garner and are already planning a trip to rent this place again in the future. "
