Aber im Allgemeinen war das Hotel und auch das Apartment bei Anreise in sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war lecker. "Excellent room, great breakfast, I got the delux room or whatever and the view was great. I loved how close it was to the station and then walkable for tourist sights and seeing the river. Never ate at the bar because the area was so good but people looked like they were having a good time. Staff also gave good recommendations and maps upon arrival. 11/10"

"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. The staff are terrific with good English, breakfast I thought was excellent. My daughter used the gym each...

"Location is great...it's in the centre yet away from all the noise. They have limited rooms so it's less people and very quiet. We had a good sleep after a long day of walking. Close to all the shops, restaurants and public transports. Staff are friendly, helpful and exceeded my expectations. They gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Breakfast was also good. "

Unfortunately, our room had a bad smell, which we let the staff know about - this was a shame, because otherwise everything was great. "

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...
