"We just spent another wonderful week at this lake house!This is our second visit in 2 years and this review is simply a repeat of last year's review. Nothing has changed except a larger bed in main bedroom, a nicer ladder into the lake, and fewer life jackets in the closet. "My only hesitation in leaving such a glowing review is the fear it won’t be available the next time I’m in Fort Scott! This place is absolutely amazing. The host was fantastic, everything was spotless and the location couldn’t be better. I’ll definitely be staying here again ... fingers crossed it’s available! Five stars all the way!"

"This place is perfect if you are wanting some peace and quiet. The owners were very nice and responsive. Beautiful country views. I would have explored more but it was pretty hot while I was there. It has a nice porch where you can view the skies and listen to birds. I will definitely visit again! "
