"We stayed several nights at this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again on our next trip to Branson."

"Everyone was friendly- the elevator and hallways and stairways were not very clean. The breakfast was good/ but no fruit of any kind- and that is what I eat. Rooms were ok but I didn’t get towels until the third day. It was a modest place and we were fine."

"The bathroom was not cleaned. It needed to be mobbed really bad. That was only negative I had. The overnight attendant's was very helpful and friendly. He is the reason I will come back."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was average. It has a few positives, but there are also several areas that could be improved. The room was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though nothing particularly stood out. The building itself is clearly older, and its age is noticeable in both the exterior and common areas. While it is generally maintained, it could benefit from renovations to give it a fresher and more modern feel. The biggest disappointment...

"Our room was filled with massive condensation. Our clothes were damp. The bathroom floor was so wet, it was dangerous. By the 2nd night, the comforter was totally damp. The papers on the dresser were ruined. We ended up calling it the Weird room and should have asked for our money back. Luckily, we were so in live, we let it go. Will not stay here again though"
