"ホーチミンの歴史あるホテルやダナンのさまざまなホテル、ハノイ旧市街のホテルなど、こ れまでベトナム各地のホテルを利用してまいりましたが、今回はゲストへの細やかな配慮という点で、少し残念に感じられる場面が重なってしまいました。 今後のサービス向上の参考になればと思い、滞在中に気になった点を共有させていただきます。 1. ランドリーサービス受付時のご対応 雨で濡れた衣服のにおいを防ぐため事前に手洗いを済ませ、部屋干しでは乾きにくいためクリーニングをお願いしました。 しかし、濡れている衣服の取り扱いに関する規約等の説明はなく、「汚れているため扱えない」といった趣旨で受託をお断りされてしまいました。配慮として事前に手洗いをしていたため、「汚い」と受け取られるような表現をされたこと、また衣類（特に妻の下着類など）の返却時の配慮が少し欠けていた点については、悲しく感じてしまいました。（そもそもきれいな服ならクリーニングに出さないのでは…という些細な疑問も浮かんでしまいましたが。） ..."
