"Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Not over decorated - simple (which we liked). Quick response from host - very friendly. Only recommendation would be to have enough towels/washcloths for the number of guests staying (and I didn't ask for more, we made due). Not a complaint, just a recommendation. Very pleased, would stay again."

"We were in the area for a wedding. Their were only six of us. The place was amazing, and loved being out of the highway. "

"We had a family wedding and was able to have a quick family reunion at the same time since we were all able to stay at the same place. Super convenient and we all had an awesome time "

"We found the property to be true to the description. Despite being up the street in a neighborhood, we could see the ocean and it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Conveniently, the closest access to the beach is also the access that is equiped with public restrooms and outdoor rinse-off showers. The check-in and check-out were super easy. The garage fit our Camry rental with an inch to spare. Don't bring anything larger. This close to a public beach access, parking on the street can't be...

"Property was just as described & on a large, secluded lot with open farmland right across the street. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE, the kitchen open & well appointed. There's a grocery store not far away for any extra supplies & the covered front patio is a prime place to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay & short walks w/ the dog over to nearby Sterling Lake. Would definitely recommend & plan on booking again when we return to the area. "

"Traveling through Kansas and stayed one night. Family of 5 (including Grandparents in their 80s).The house was sparkling clean. Very well decorated. Bedding was soft, new and clean. We cooked a meal (grocery store is two blocks away) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The basement with ping pong was a BLAST! The backyard was great for our little dog. The owners communication prior was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this home. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Cozy in at Sterling! My only complaint is the hard walking from upstairs! Other than that the stay was great! I love this location because it just down the block from my son and his family and right next door to my granddaughter’s daycare! Michael and Amber, I will be back and hopefully I can get other family members to stay here too when they visit! My grandchildren loved the board games too!! Sincerely, a happy Nana on her Nana tour to visit her...

"The lodge was very nice. The owner that lives next door was extremely helpful and friendly. If we needed anything he was there to take care of it. The property was very well kept inside and out. The landscaping outside was very nice and we enjoyed visiting around the firepit. The kids [and adults] enjoyed the big game room. We highly recommend this property!"
