"The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris!"

"What a “Million” dollar view this place has! My wife and I usually do a lot of hiking any cabin we go to but, this place felt magical. One with nature, no big city sound only sounds of nature and the wind… You didn’t want to get out of the swinging bed and when you did it was a dip in the hot tub and every single spot you sat in you had a different viewpoint! Wow, just WOW! Honestly, just bring all your food to cook or reheat and relax with nothing to bother you and your loved ones. So peaceful...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had everything you needed plus lots more. It’s tucked away perfectly with the sound of a beautiful creek close by. It was very clean and very well maintained. Lots of room and beds were very comfortable. Close to downtown Blowing Rock and so many other things. Highly recommend. "

"My family and I, along with our 2 dogs absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was well stocked, clean and cozy. We experienced it all: the hot tub, both hiking trails, the creek across the street, the fire pit and the front porch sitting. We even got to enjoy a little snow! It was the PERFECT get away & we will definitely come back to stay again!"

"We stayed here when my Raleigh-based tennis team made the state tournament and it was exactly what we were looking for: generous and well-appointed accommodations, lots of spots to hang out and socialize, beautiful views, water recreation, etc. We really couldn't have asked for more. As soon as we checked in, I was being congratulated by my friends for finding it. You won't be disappointed."

"Listing is 100% accurate. Host provides solid, timely info. And the VIEW/Balcony (& awning) were AMAZING. Comfy bed, plenty of blankets/pillows. Really a top notch place...Clean, except for dust bunnies under the bed, and the towel situation was mediocre: only 1 hand towel and the bath "towels" were small and thin and only one each. Still 5 stars because everything else was great, and that view alone is worth the price of admission. We'll be back."
