"All the staff (the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the dining room staff), were quite friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and looked new. Bathroom had a lot of storage space and the shower was awesome with a huge showerhead that felt like a rainfall. It also had a separate handheld piece which was convenient. The toilet was separate from the sink and the shower which was a bit strange. Hotel has free laundry facilities, however, washer and dryer took hours especially if you had...

"非常高級的飯店
酒店咁覺非常新凈，所以設施、房間都是新的。
我拿到23樓的房間，窗外景色非常迷人。
酒店的餐廳非常吸引，自助餐很高評價，但一定要先預訂。訂房時可以同時訂自助晚餐，可惜我錯過了這選項。
我吃了自助早餐也非常好👍 早餐是只給酒店住客，所以相對容易入座。
我從桃園機場來只需要轉車一次，但台北站轉車需要走近十分鐘的路，有點遠。
我本身聽覺不良，但職員仍然很用心招待我。

"Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although the amenities are not brand new, they are well maintained and in good condition.
The only thing I disliked was that there was no USB charging port in the room, which was quite inconvenient.
The hotel is conveniently located next to New Beitou Station and is surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."
