Attractive property with a large private pool in a safe and friendly neighborhood in beautiful Hua Hin. The property is located in an area with a nice, relaxing atmosphere, about 6 km from the town and beach. Our local contact person takes good care of the guests, and you will surely enjoy your stay here.
The area consists of about 60 houses with owners of many nationalities (Thai, England, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Holland, USA, Canada and more). There are a number of house owners who either live in, or rent out their properties under long-term leases. This means that there are people all year round and not just during the peak season.

The property is ideal for either a couple or a group of up to 8-10 people and meet most needs for a home for the holidays. The house has 4 bedrooms (one with direct access to the swimming pool), 4 bathrooms (3 bedrooms have own bathrooms), living room with open kitchen for snacks and coffee, a separate kitchen for cooking, dining table and washing. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 55 "flat screen Smart TV, cable TV with access to a variety of movie and sports channels and wireless Internet access. The property has a large patio with pavillion(s) on the back of the house around the large private swimming pool with sofa group, TV table, relaxing cair, Smart TV, downlights, fans. Wifi internet access and plenty of space. At the front of the house there are nice plants and trees, carport and a seating area. The property also has a nice lighting when it's dark outside.

In 2023/2024 the pattio and kitchen was upgraded with pavilion and new space for the kitchen. Reviews before that does not include the upgrades.

In Thailand, most of the time spent outdoors and patios is the natural place to enjoy meals together, swimming in the pool or just relax in the pleasant climate.

Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be a problem in Thailand. We have pest service on the property to try to minimize the problem. Each month throughout the year a service team will control and spray on anti insect remedy on the property and inside the house. This means that the property has a minimal amount of bugs of any sort. Mosquitos can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes up and down and in the rainy season.

The resort also has a large communal swimming pool with separate children's section, sun beds, toilets, gym, etc.

The area is fully developed with all facilities. It is also security to enter the area.

The rent includes electricity, water, cleaning on departure and free internet.

The tenant`s responsibilities and duties are to: 1)Comply with the number of persons living in the house according to what is agreed. 2)Leaving the property in the same condition as upon arrival and notify the host or the contact person for any damages or changes in the property, and pay for this if the tenant is responsible for this. 3)Notify as soon as possible the host or the contact person if any problems on the property. 4)Make sure to not use excessive amount of electricity and water ( example : turn of air condition and fans when the tenant is not in the property). The host is not responsible for any personal damages, accident, burglary etc. of the tenant or any guests of the tenant in the rental period. The host advises the tenant to have adequate travel and medical insurance to cover any circumstances that may occur.

Super easy check in. Propety has everything you need. The outside area and kitchen plus pool def made our holiday! We love the local area, bike def needed but no problem. Local village about 15 min walk if that depending on heat. Hua Hin central is better by bike/taxi. Loads to do and more but we loved the peace in the villa and blessed to have local friends so stayed local alot

The gated community was secure and well managed. Although I never felt unsafe at any time. The property is a little quirky to what I was used to. Plenty of shades space. Loved the outside TV and of course the pool. As a couple we only used a fraction the facilities. I didn't find a hairdryer which my wife would have liked. There are shops and restaurants nearby.15mins on a scooter gets you into the tourist area. Which we preferred to keep at arms reach. 2 weeks of peaceful bliss. Aahhh!

Dejligt hus med plads til alle, dejlig pool, dejligt område med fred og ro, ikke lang fra Hua Hin by, scooter er dog en nødvendighed.

Everything We Needed

Fully equipped villa - with great pool plus outside seating & dining areas. Some features a little "worn" but everything worked. WiFi signal good too. Altogether, an enjoyable & relaxing stay. I have no hesitation in recommending it. Unsuitable for those who want to be in the middle of town but we liked the peace and quiet it offered.
