"Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. There is only 1 bathroom which is on the 1st floor with the sleeping quarters primarily on the 2nd floor. If you are older then not having a bathroom within a few steps of your...

"We stayed for Baseball HOF weekend. Easy 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. Perfect setting in the woods for our family of five. Kids loved of loft sleeping areas. Host was very responsive to my questions and kind. Great place and would stay there again when visiting!"

"This house was perfect for our needs uniting 4 families with kids ranging from 8 to 15 in one house! We all loved the pool, movie theater, game room, huge yard, basketball court and more. There were a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay here again! "

"I cant say enough about this property, its owner and its manager. It is beautiful and so comfortable. We ended up getting into a motorcycle accident on our way out east and we needed somewhere to rest for a few days. We couldnt of found a better place to do so. The beds and furniture were so comfortable that we hated to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with is. We hope to return some day and ride the Catskills"
