"I had a really nice stay here! I stayed for the BTS concert, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Velvet was extremely professional and kind, and Josh was wonderful as well. He helped me very quickly and was fast and reliable, even though it was very busy when I arrived. I really appreciated that!

Asked for a dehumidifier or anything else that could be done - our info was taken down and never received a response. The location is convenient and parking is reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel in good faith."

"Very disappointing response from the hotel staff following a security incident. After attending an event at M&T Stadium, I parked at the hotel parking lot around 11:30 PM and woke up at 5:30 AM to find that my car camera had recorded someone attempting to open the passenger-side door. Fortunately, they were unsuccessful, and nothing appears to be missing.
