"The hotel was clean and our room was good. It had a really big walk in shower. The one thing I will mention is that during check in there seemed to be no one at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes only to realize someone was sitting in the back room the whole time, they just didn’t know or acknowledge that we were there. We came after check in time, so I don’t understand why the employee didn’t acknowledge us and check us in. Other than the delayed check in we enjoyed our stay. One last...

"Surprisingly clean and updated rooms. Mattress was better than some places. Entering the facility was awkward. It felt like you were entering a prison (not that I have been in one). You had to use your key card at EVERY SINGLE DOOR (two to enter the front desk area and one more just to get to the hallways where the rooms are). "Hot tub water gross as pump wasn't working. Breakfast was lame, line of 5 for one waffle maker, limited option. Juice was gross. Room was too small and packed but couldn't take food to room because of sign. Shower nozzle needs love. Check in lady was nice. "
