"Amazing home, well cared for and thought out. Everything you would need. Owners are extremely thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Easy check in and check out process. Easy access to so much to do around the area. We were a group of 7 who were 9-75. All enjoyed the time together. "

"Perfect for a solo retreat! I needed some relaxing time alone in the woods (in a beautiful maple forest, no less), but still wanted to be somewhat close to civilization, and this was the spot! I got such refreshing, restful sleep every night in this absolutely quiet, tiny (but airy) playhouse of a cottage, thanks to the super cozy and comfy bed! It was all just so sweet—even if, as I did, you just want to hang out and read as you listen to the rain all day. Grand Marais is only eighteen minutes...

"Loved how far into the woods it was and how close we were to town"

"My stay was wonderful. It was so dark at night and so quiet. I saw the Northern Lights and a shooting star while sitting on the deck. The cabin was very clean, neat and cozy. The bathroom was clean and I was happy to find out that it had lights. It was close to town but felt like it was miles away. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"It's a really cool spot back in the woods but close to a lot of parks and Grand Marais. The roads are gravel, but pretty well graded. It has good power and lots of cozy additions like throw blankets, nice chairs, a great fire pit, and a really cool upper deck to have breakfast on. We didn't use the grill, but there is one there.The sauna is pretty nice. It's close to the house, but far enough away that you have privacy while sharing it with the other cabin. "Our stay at this private end condo at Terrace Point was exquisite and just as described! The place is nestled on a gorgeous cove on Lake Superior and is charming, clean, and quiet! Just what we wanted. It is just a few minutes outside of town, so very private indeed, And close to many beautiful sites, like waterfalls and mountainous panoramic views, hiking trails, and waterfalls. We enjoyed all of it, along with spending several days in town and a day along Gunflint Trail. But you don't have to...

"I took my girlfriend there for weekend retreat exploring the nearby waterfalls and border. All within a short drive. The cabin is very cute, cozy, and peaceful. Gorgeous night skies. The only negative i can think of was the driveway. Extremely steep. Must have all wheel drive or 4x4. But, to be fair it does mention that in the description. "

"Tremendous long weekend in Grand Marais, really enjoyed the layout and amenities of the house, as well as being so close to downtown making walking extremely easy.Hosts were extremely communicative and gave us some great ideas for our trip with local favorites and great hiking trails."
