"Breakfasts room was so small. Hardly any place to sit"

"The room is clean, and good sized. We got a suite. There was a tall table with barstool size chairs. We thought it would be perfect for playing cards, but the chairs were too high for the table. I am average size and sitting on the chair couldn’t fit my legs under the table. It was weird. The beds were extremely firm. My husband said they were terrible, and he didn’t sleep much. If they did a few upgrades, it would be great."

"Technically a few miles outside Munising but still convenient to everything. The hotel is well maintained and clean with nicely appointed rooms with plenty of space. There is no elevator for the second floor rooms so if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground floor room ahead of time. Morning breakfast area is very nice and you won’t go hungry! Staff is pleasant and very accommodating! Our go-to stay when visiting the part of the Michigan U.P.!"

Our room was comfortable and inviting, and the lakefront location made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to beautiful views of Lake Superior was definitely a highlight of our trip. "This was one of the most disgusting motel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not representative of the rooms at all. The rooms were so dirty, I was worried about pests and bugs. I didn't even sleep in the bed, I slept on top of the bed in my own sleeping bag. Also, I did t shower here because the shower was so stained and the shower head looked like it was about to detach from the wall. DO NOT STAY HERE"
