Wasted two days of our vacation due to becoming ill from gas leak and having to stick around for the gas company to show up to fix leak and turn the gas back on. Photos were misleading the refrigerator and sink on the patio did not work, outside fans work on low, holes in the walls. No maintenance at all on the house plaster left in the bathtub. No regular glasses to drink from all they had was coffee mugs,no cooking utensils i.e. cookie sheets, any bakeware. It was like we were staying at a motel 6 the way the inside of the house was with all the non-maintenance that went on. Says it was a family friendly house missing railing on stairs where children could fall, shelving in bathroom falling off the wall, lights on fans did not work and some fans did work if you booked this place, I would highly recommend canceling it and looking somewhere else. The only thing that this house has going for is the pool.

The house needs a lot of work. It’s very run down. There are holes in the wall and one shelf in the masterbath is about to fall. There’s a sign DO NOT TOUCH. The toilet in one bathroom had to be shut off because it leaks all over the floor. I had to message host because the pool was solid algae but the pool guy came out and fixed that, therefore, we couldn’t use the pool for 24 hours. There are no drinking glasses or a toaster, but the oven worked, so we made due. Bottomline. I would not stay here again. It could be a beautiful place. Great neighborhood.

The description was not right at all

We had 13 adults for what the description said slept 14 so I had to go buy air mattress’s. It only truly slept 8 because the sleeper sofa didn’t pull out and the recliners didn’t have their cords so they didn’t work. The couch in the living room was too small for an adult to sleep on. The pool is not heated which I found out before our stay but the hot tub was not heated and could not be heated. That was not in the description. The kitchen has nice dinnerware and pots. No mixing bowls or pans. I could over look it all if they would have stayed in contact with me and fixed the sleeping issues. I asked for a discount/refund of some sort but they won’t get back to me. I have seen they changed some of their description so they know I’m right! Nice house just be ready to spend a lot more to make your stay great.

Home away from home

I had out-of-state family visiting and wanted a place where wecould all stay together and this house was perfect. It felt very much like home and had good amenities. There was something for everyone and plenty of room. Overall, a very nice place that I would recommend and would consider staying there again. Delete it.er
