  • Encantador dúplex de 1650 pies cuadrados en una calle arbolada a pocas cuadras del Texas Medical Center. Este es un dúplex privado de dos pisos con un dormitorio principal abajo y un segundo dormitorio arriba. Cama de espuma de memoria de lujo en el maestro con baño privado actualizado. El dormitorio de arriba tiene 2 camas queen y baño privado. La cocina actualizada, los muebles de lujo y los colchones de primera calidad hacen de esta una excelente opción para las familias que visitan el MD Anderson. Estacionamiento privado, fácil acceso para explorar la cercana Rice Universty, Hermann Park o caminar a innumerables tiendas y restaurantes en Rice Village.
    Esta es una unidad privada de 2 pisos con una cocina moderna que se abre a una habitación familiar con un televisor de pantalla plana. Los muebles son nuevos shabby chic y muy cómodos. El dormitorio principal de la planta baja tiene una cama queen size de espuma viscoelástica y su propio baño. Hay un segundo dormitorio grande arriba con dos camas queen con colchones de lujo. También hay un baño privado arriba y mucho espacio de guardarropas. Esta propiedad ha sido diseñada para familias que visitan el centro Tx Med durante 12 a 16 semanas de tratamiento en nuestros hospitales de clase mundial.

Great location and comfortable stay!

Scott made everything very easy! Great neighborhood and being able to walk to and from Rice Village was great. Provided amenities in the duplex served us well and the beds were very comfortable.

Stylish, not Shabby!

My husband, adult son, and I (with our very well-behaved Aussiedoodle who obeyed the rules and stayed downstairs with the tile floors!) had the pleasure of staying in this extremely comfortable duplex over Thanksgiving. We were only minutes from our son’s family, so the location was excellent. It would have been possible even to walk to Rice Village to meet our family for dinner! There are numerous great restaurants there to choose from to dine away from the unit. The upscale neighborhood is so accommodating for walking our dog.We appreciated the extra thoughtful accoutrements, having a fully stocked kitchen with all we needed for our stay, and the comfortable bedrooms. Our host Scott was easy to contact and responsive.We definitely want to return and stay in this stylish (not really shabby!) abode for our next visit to Houston when our dog joins us. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Home away from Home!

My husband and I stayed here for several days and couldn't have been more pleased with the property. It is in a great neighborhood and the unit is very nice. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Everything was top notch and we hope to be able to stay there again whenever we are in Houston!

Great Location

The location is VERY close to Rice Village. It's an easy walk. It's in a great location in Houston. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable.

Nice place in a great neighborhood.

We stayed at Scott’s place while visiting family in Houston. Upon arrival the placed was spotless. This is important during these Covid times. The host was easy to reach and gave us a nice recommendation of a delicious bakery in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and the place had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the property , the owner or the neighbors. After renting other properties in Florida and New England we can say this is a very nice place. We will recommend it.

Great location

We were in town to visit family and this house was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated with everything you could need. It was fun to walk to Rice village and see the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Great place

We stayed for 10 days and had a great time. The property is described as shabby chic but there is nothing shabby about it. It had everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped and although we didn’t do any cooking it would have been fine for any cooking or baking. There were nice touches throughout the house and the overall feel was very nice. The owner was very responsive and caring. Highly recommended!

Excellent rental near Rice University

This rental was wonderful in a tree lined street. We stayed here 4 nights while attending a wedding. I was asked to arrange the flowers and did all the work at this rental. It worked perfect for our needs! Scott, the owner, was very accommodating . We would definitely rent again if we come to Houston. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Loved staying here!

Perfect location in a nice clean home

This is a wonderful location for the medical center and Rice Village. Close to museums and shopping. The owners are very accommodating and the home is neat and clean. I will stay there again!

Overall this was a very good experience

It was truly a pleasure to host my family over the thanksgiving holiday at Scotts place. This house is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. I enjoyed watching football on his large screen TV with access to Cable channels as well as Hulu and Netflix. The location is perfect for day time walks to all the wonderful parks and restaurants in the area, and at night we ubered to the bars downtown/midtown which was only 10/15 minutes away. Scott was very nice and accommodating. He was very responsive before, during and after the rental. He texted me idea of places to eat, bars to visit and local attractions. Overall this was a good experience!!
