Daughters wedding

The property is in a great location and was convenient to get to where we needed to go for my daughter’s wedding. Owner was very responsive when we had an incident with dishwasher and he took care of things along the way. Was very pleased with his responsiveness to things.

Great location and big house but needs work

Had this house been properly cleaned (carpets not vacuumed, dirty rugs, cobwebs, dirty fridge/freezer, no cleaning products provided including dish soap or a clean sponge) as well as only 6 bath towels for a group of 5 for a week and the washing machine was molded, this would’ve been a perfect stay. We were disappointed but made it work.

The property owner was amazing in communication via text. The photos on the website do not do this beautiful home justice! Home was absolutely clean, spacious and very cozy. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and pool was amazing! Overall I recommend you stay at this home 1000%

Beautiful property

We rented this house for a family reunion. My husband and I have 6 children. My 3 adult kids are married and we have a grandbaby. They flew in from out of state to meet us.There was 12 of us total. We stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the pool everyday and used the spa twice. Carlos the owner turned it on for us without any problems. The place is beautiful, plenty of towels for the pool and in every restroom. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. We stayed 6/20-6/24/24 Highly recommend this beautiful 2 story house.

Our family of 7 had a fantastic time at this home to enjoy the sights of Houston. There were comfortable bedrooms and very spacious kitchen for meal times with upstairs living area for the kids to hang out together. The outdoor space and large back yard were a nice addition, although the weather was too cool the week we were there to enjoy the pool. We could have lovely strolls through the beautiful neighbourhood each day. The space was perfect for our family and made for a wonderful time away.

Woodlands stay for Soccer Tournament!

Great place!! Pictures don’t do it justice.

Our group had a great time. It’s definitely a very nice house. High ceilings. The pictures don’t give the house enough credit. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures show. Carlos was great. Turned on the spa for us. Would def book again.

The Best!

We had a wonderful time in the Woodlands! The pool was incredible and the house was well appointed. We all were very comfortable. Carlos even had a portable-crib for my grandson. The location was so close to many things including the wedding venue in Tomball, TX. We all agreed it was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in. Thank you!

This is our second trip to the Woodlands, and second time staying in this house. This is a wonderful, comfortable home and a perfect location. and Carlos, the host, is very accommodating, and good communication. Will definitely stay here again

Started good and turned into an awful mini vacation

Property is in a quiet neighborhood which is a plus! Backyard is beautiful, which is why we chose this property. If you plan on staying at please be aware this property has ants in the bathroom, host was notified and only said there shouldn’t be ants the house was sprayed in February that was the first night. Next day the key in the shower broke so a family of 7 had only 2 bathrooms. When the host was notified he advised us to turn the water off in that bathroom. I’m on vacation I had to go out and buy tools to turn water off. The host charged me extra money to have the pool heated… it never heated. Still waiting on an inconvenience fee that was promised and as of yet has not received. Vacation was ruined spent most of time communicating with the host trying to explain the pool is not hot and the shower does not work.
