Great place!

We had an extended stay. Very close to all the hospitals. Quiet and clean. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. Easy access into gated community. Would stay there again if we ever get back to Houston!

Medical Center Short Stay

We needed a short stay for approximately 3 weeks. I was in town for medical treatments. Property was perfect and located very close to MD Anderson. My contact was super responsive to every question I had. Would definitely recommend d this property.

Cozy & modern.

Very comfortable stay. Private parking for 1. Host is very responsive & kind. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud so if your looking for peace & quiet during the night. This might not be for you.

Gated & safe

If you are need a place to stay near the NRG that is safe this is the perfect place. The property owner is easy to get in touch with. We never had issues accessing the property. Read your emailed instructions carefully. This will help you with parking and locating the rental at the apartment complex. It is setup like a hotel. Shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrush if you forget yours etcThe owner is a great communicator. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house

My stay was pleasant, although I had problems finding the location the host did not hesitate to stay on the phone with me to help me figure it out. Upon entering , the house was clean. I did see one dead roach in the living room. Upon leaving there was another roach in the living room that was alive. The host was very prompt to reply to the concerns I had and he even sent me cookies for the slight troubles of not being able to find the apartment. He was very kind. I would book again with him. The beds were very comfortable and the comforters were out of this world ! I loved them .

Access

The overall location of the property was perfect for attending the rodeo, but accessing the gate was a nightmare. The access code needed to open the gate was controlled by the owner, which meant someone had to be available to let us in and out each time. On our initial arrival, accessing the key from the box was problematic as it was jammed, taking us 15 minutes to open it. Additionally, the hot water in the master bathroom was dangerously hot, requiring caution when taking a shower to avoid scalding. Finding the right temperature balance was challenging. Despite these issues, the facilities themselves were nice, although there was a shortage of washcloths."

Location is close to Medical Center

The location of this unit is blocks away from the Medical Center which is very convenient. Upon entering you’re immediately greeted with a pleasant and clean smelling unit. It’s on the ground floor which is also convenient. It was a decent place to stay. My drawbacks are that the kitchen cabinets don’t have any handles/pulls so it makes it difficult to open. The refrigerator doors open the wrong way for the layout so it makes your body in the way when trying to open the fridge or freezer. The water pressure of the unit is almost nonexistent. We had problems accessing the gated community numerous times which was unsettling. When you enter the code to access the entry gate it rings the unit host who then remotely triggers the gate operation for you to drive in however, if he doesn’t answer then you are left sitting at the gate to try calling back repeatedly until they do let you in. This happened to us several times. And lastly, the coffee mugs provided in the unit are 4-6oz in volume so when you got to make a K-Cup pod from the provided Kuerig in the unit, it spills on the floor and counter because the smallest cup size setting on the machine is 8oz. The coffee also had a strong flower order which I layered discovered that the box of Dunkin Donuts coffee K-cups were stored in a surplus closet right next to the dryer sheets box that was also open. I would say in all that the place is worth the price but could be improved to make it an outstanding place to stay?!
