The first floor opens into a bright, welcoming layout where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces come together in classic coastal-home style. The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, adding flexible sleeping space for the group when needed. Tucked onto this level is the first bedroom — a restful retreat with a queen-sized bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with shower, perfect for guests who prefer single-level living. Climb up to the second floor and the home opens up: three more bedrooms give everyone a spot to settle in and spread out. The second bedroom is a fun, flexible setup with a twin-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk — enough thoughtful sleeping space for the whole younger crew. The third offers a comfortable queen, with a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with tub shared between the second and third bedrooms. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
