Experence comfort, style, and convenience. Welcome to your home in Houston!

The Space:
1 bedroom apartment with a preparation island with designer lighting in the kitchen. Side-by-side refrigerator & built-in-microwave with a washer and dryer avaliable to guest. Spacious living room with smart TV. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable king size bed with a smart TV. Private patio with 2 chairs and small table.

There are several attractions and points of interest located near our home.

Shell Energy Stadium-Situated a short distance from the apartment, Shell Energy Stadium is a major league soccer stadium home of the Houston Dynamo, the Houston Dash, Texas Southern University football and National Women's Soccer League.

Minute Maid Park: Situated just a short distance from the apartment, Minute Maid Park is the home stadium of the Houston Astros, the city's Major League Baseball team. The ballpark hosts baseball games and offers tours for visitors interested in learning more about the facility. (10min walk) (4 min drive.

NRG Stadium: This is a multi-purpose stadium and home to the NFL's Houston Texans. It has a retractable roof and can seat over 70,000 people. The stadium has hosted major events like the Super Bowl and offers various amenities and seating options.

Toyota Center: Positioned at 1510 Polk Street, Houston, TX 77002, the Toyota Center is an indoor arena and the home venue for the Houston Rockets, the city's NBA basketball team. It also hosts concerts, performances, and other sporting events. (6 min drive depending on event and traffic)

Brass Tacks- is a nice gathering place that blends work and life. You can bring your labtop to do work or do some school work, have a light meal, a drink or listen to music while you enjoy a few friends. (1 block away)

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
Property was amazing. The check in process was difficult but the host made sure we communicated through out and made sure I was able to get in to the property. After that I had no issues and the property was beautiful. From the pool to the gym everything was exactly what I need it.
