Welcome to our Bayside retreat for family to gather, relax and take in all the fun activities the area has to offer. As the front unit on a two-unit waterfront property with spectacular views, this unique waterfront 2-bedroom/2-full bath home has a style all its own, with beautiful water views for perfect vacation stay: covered front porch from where you can the Kemah Boardwalk, waterfront patio with great view of the Galveston Bay, easy walk to seafood restaurants and fish market, kayaking and fishing! 10 minutes to NASA, 30 minutes from Houston.
The charming waterfront vacation home features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and comfortable living area, ideal for family seeking relaxation by the lake and bay. Sitting waterfront on the balcony or patio, enjoying sunrises, sunsets, drinks and good conversation with family and friends, and taking in the calm and beauty of this nature retreat.

The Unit A has two bedrooms, two full bathroom, one living room and full kitchen. Guests can access and enjoy all amenity within the units. Except there is one storage room locked for owner supplies.
The unit has dedicated parking spaces for up to four cars. Please park at the right lane in the ground floor. Two overflow parking lots are available on the lawn in front of the house.
The unit has keyless access smart lock. The lock access code will be sent to you shortly before the check-in date.

This unit is super clean, is a nice big space with a great balcony/porch with a view of the bay! The host was quick to respond to any of my questions before, during and after our stay. The king bed is really comfortable too! We stayed here for my husband’s birthday which I happened to mention when booking and were pleasantly surprised with birthday signs and a balloon inside when we arrived which made my husband feel special. The unit had everything we needed and it appeared that everything was new. There was nothing they could have done to make our stay better!!You can watch the Kemah Boardwalk fireworks from the balcony and it is a quick 10 minute drive over the bridge and you’re at the Boardwalk. If we ever come back to the area, we will be sure to book this unit if it’s available.
