Short Stay

We recently spent a 1 night stay to attend an Astros game. It was very close to the field so it was very convenient. The condo is in an interesting part of town with new condos mixed in with an much older neighborhood. I was a bit worried about the security of a truck that would not fit into the garage but we had no problems. It was clean, updated condo, with plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. A couple of issues.. there were no pillows, with pillow cases on the beds. Only shams. We found extra pillows in the closets but no pillow cases. Several door handles, toilet paper holders, towel holders were put on crooked or had been broken and put back on crooked. The toilet seats in both the master bedrooms were broken and slid when you sat on them. There is no kitchen table or enough seating for 7 people in the TV area. Very short on towels for everyone and coffee mugs (2) in the am. The trash for the neighborhood was piled in trash cans in the street, not necessarily the owners fault, but it obviously hadn't been picked up in awhile. The showers were awesome in this condo. Noisy neighbors woke us up with music and noise in the middle of the night. We loved the convenience to downtown for this condo.

Company Reservation

We rented this home for a group of our nurses who were assisting with an emergency situation during the recent storms. The host of this reservation was so wonderful and accommodated the different travel schedules and needs. They were very attentive and welcoming. Any time we had a need they were quick to respond. The home was in great shape and was a perfect fit for our team, who had different shifts of work and needed a peaceful place to rest.

"Exceptional Stay: A Delightful Pre-Wedding Experience"

This property meets all the standards; it's exceptionally pleasant and tidy. We reserved it for a pre-wedding night out, and Jameka, the host, was incredibly professional, friendly, and available for us and the entire group. Thank you for making our stay so delightful.
