Relax and watch movies inside, or grill, watch TV & play games on our nice courtyard. Our large backyard is fully fenced & pet friendly. This is the best & quietest neighborhood around. Just minutes from biking/walking trails near MKT Heights & White Oak Bayou. Your family and friends will love it! Many restaurants, shopping places & amenities around.     The Gathering Place, a home with modern mid-century decor, is located on a prime, family oriented and quiet neighborhood in Houston.

    There is a fully stocked upgraded kitchen, large family room, cozy living room and dinning room, a beautiful, fully fence large backyard with TV, grill, sitting areas and games.

    Biking and walking trails your kids will definitely love, just around the block. Our huge backyard is fully fenced and pet friendly. Our back patio has a TV, outdoor furniture, a grill, a picnic table and some games, that will make your family and friends stay fun, enjoyable and memorable. MKT Heights, Central Heights & White Oak Bayou is a few blocks away with many shopping, restaurants and other attractions around.

    The Gathering Place also Includes: Outdoor 55 inch TV, grill, patio furniture, picnic table, TV on every bedroom & living room, sound system, massage chair, baby/toddler space with baby chair, portable baby crib, baby car seat, baby utensils & some toys, home appliances, crisp linens, towels, basic toiletries, dish/laundry soap, washer/dryer, hot water, dishwasher, Wi-fi, Roku channels and more!

Great Location

Our family stayed at the gathering place for a weekend of baseball games at Minute Maid Park. The house is in the perfect location to the park. Spacious and great back patio area. There is a lot in the house to keep the little ones entertained.

Great location in Houston near I-10

House was clean and spacious. Perfect for a visit with family and pets. It is conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants, shopping and freeways to get around town. The backyard is large and lovely siting areas. hearing and air system worked great.

Great set up

We had our whole family, including our 15 month old with us. It was set up nicely to accommodate all of us. Loved being able to relax, even with the toddler. Close to Meow Wolf, which was our main event on our trip.

Houston Marathon weekend!

This place was great for families. There is plenty of room, an amazingly huge backyard, loads of toys and games and screens in every room! The host communicaton was easy and effortless. Thank you! We will definitely rent again!

Thanksgiving in the Heights

The Gathering Place was in a perfect location for a group of us to stay near family during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was pet friendly and had a huge backyard, so even walking the dogs after dark felt very safe. The house was clean and had definitely been remodeled. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

The location of the home was nice. The home was a little older than expected. There were a few things that could have used fixing/updating since the home is older. Overall nice place and worked for my family and I.

Houston Family trip

We need up not bringing our dogs and it would have been great for them. There were some problems with the property I was told after we got there, but the problems were not that bad but just an eye soar. Overall, the property was comfortable. The only gripe would be a local cable service instead of online streaming services.

This was a great place to stay! It was deceptively large — it looks small on the outside but is very spacious on the inside. Everything was clean, and the house was stocked with things we’d need (towels, pans, utensils, etc.). It also has a massive backyard. Also, the host was very commutative and helpful with the whole process. The neighborhood was nice — I felt safe the whole time — and it’s in a convenient location. Would stay again!
