+ Unauthorized Guests: $50 per person for unauthorized guests. Reservation may be canceled if deemed unsuitable by the host.
+ Trash & Cleaning: Dispose of trash in black garbage carts. Additional $500 cleaning fee for untidy spaces.
+ Property Care: Avoid eating or drinking on beds. Excessive stains may incur a $500 cleaning fee.
+ Keys: Lost keys may incur a $75 replacement fee.
+ Late Checkouts: Unauthorized checkouts incur $25 per 30 minutes. Past 1 PM may result in a full-day rate.
+ For stays longer than 7days, a mid-stay cleaning fee is $150 per week is required.
+ Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM.
+ Package Delivery: We do not recommend ordering packages. We are not responsible for lost/delayed deliveries.
+ Report disturbances to the host immediately. Non-compliance may result in reservation termination.

Pet Cleaning Fee: $25/day (1-4 nights), $250 (5-29 nights), $300 (30+ nights). Only 2 pets under 30 pounds allowed. Consult with your host for larger breeds or service animals. Pets must be house-trained, leashed, and never left alone in the property. Non-compliance may result in penalties, documented by cameras. Unauthorized pets incur double the cleaning fee.

Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through the booking platform before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.

Beautiful neighborhood close to NRG. We’re a few issues but owner responded quickly

Discouraged because there was no full size bathroom on the first floor. We had a handicapped person and could not stay at the home. We had to rent another place. It was a total waste of money. No refund - -NOT EVEN the cleaning fee and we did not stay there. Will NEVER rent a home this way again
